Message	friend of mine got a (no joke) $2 parking ticket in a small town out of state while visiting a college buddy. Her friend told her not to worry about it, not sense it dealing with $2, so what if you owe Kentucky $2? Well, about 6 monthes later her dad gets a court summons and a fine of $300 (the car she was driving at the time was registered under her dads name.) Not a happy camper. Pay the ticket before you get really screwed over
